AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCKt
ARKANSAS:
-- - -.- - - - -- -- SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following
properties be and, are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 5 -A 111 - 115 - 123 North Van Buren Street, described
as lots one (1), two (2)9 and the west eight (8) feet of lot three (3),
Pfeifer's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "B"
Residence District, to "E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional District.
SECTION 2. That the Little flock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420, as amended and the map referred to in Section Two (2) thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
