AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 6 -A 123 North Park Street, described as Lot
One (1), Block One (1), Union Depot Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, from "B" Residence District to "C"
Two - family District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance,
Ordinance No. 5420 as amended, and the map referred to in
Section 2 thereof entitled "District Map" be, and they are
hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
