ORDINANCE NO. 11,201
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
AND N01100 DOLLARS ($4,500.00) TO COVER ALL COSTS,
INCLUDING PRINTING, FOR AN ELECTION ON THE ISSUANCE
OF INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS PURSUANT TO PROVISIONS
OF ACT 92 ACTS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF ARKANSAS
OF 1960: AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF ORDINANCE
NO. 1121391 AS AMENDED; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from unappropriated
surplus in the General Fund to Administrative and General Services,
Account No. 6, the sum of Four Thousand Five Hundred and No /100 Dollars
($4,500.00) to cover all costs, including printing, for an election
on the issuance of Industrial Revenue Bonds pursuant to provisions
of Act 9, Acts of General Assembly of Arkansas of 1960.
SECTION 2. Sections 9 A. (4) and (5) of Ordinance No.
11,139, same being the Budget Ordinance of the City of Little Rock for
the year 1961, are hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 9 - General Fund - Administrative & General Services -6

SECTION 4. There is hereby found and determined a
necessity to pay certain expenses as they are incurred in connection
with holding the election on August 22, 1961, on the issuance under
Act No. 9 of industrial revenue bonds heretofore authorized by the
Board of Directors; now therefore, an emergency is hereby declared
to exist and this ordinance being necessary for the preservation of
the public peace, health and safety shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
