AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 9 -A Southwest corner of West 22nd Street and. Main Street,
described as Lots seven (7) and eight (8), and the North thirty -seven and
five tenths (37.5) feet of Lot six (6), Block four - hundred twenty -nine
(429), Duval's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "F"
Commercial District, to "E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional District.
Tract No. 9 -B 402 North University Avenue, described as the North
two (2) acres of the South one -half, Northeast one - quarter, Northeast
one - quarter, Northeast one - quarter ( S 1/29 NE 1/4, NE 1/4, NE 1/4)
of Section One, Township -One- North, Range- Thirteen -West and part of the
South one -half, North one -half, Northeast one - quarter, Northeast one -
quarter, Northeast one - quarter (S 1/29 N 1/29 NE 1/4, NE 1 /4,,NE 1/4)
of Section One, Township - One - North, Range- Thirteen -West, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Section One,
Township -One- North, Range- Thirteen -West, thence South one - hundred eighty -
four and eighty -seven one - hundredths (184.87) feet, thence West forty
(40) feet to the point of beginning, thence West one - hundred twenty -five
(125) feet, thence North twenty (20) feet, thence West four - hundred ninty-
five and sixty -seven one - hundredths (495.67) feet, thence South one -
hundred sixty -four and nine tenths (164.9) feet, thence East six - hundred
twenty and sixty -seven one - hundredths (620.67) feet, thence North one -
hundred.forty -four and nine tenths (144.9) feet to the point of beginning,
from "A" One- family District to "E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional
District.
Tract No. 9 -C East of Airport on Roosevelt Road, described. as part
of the Northwest one - quarter, Northwest one- quarter (NW 1/4, NW 1/4),
beginning five- hundred seventy -seven and five tenths (577.5) feet East
of the Northwest corner, thence East three - hundred sixty -three (363) feet,
thence South three - hundred (300) feet, West three - hundred sixty -three
(363) feet, North three - hundred (300) feet to beginning, Section

SECTION 2. That the Little bock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420, as amended and the map referred to in Section Two (2) thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent
and. in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided
for in Section One (1) hereof.
( SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
f force from and after its passage and approval.
