AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $52139.71
TO PAY A JUDGMENT RENDERED BY THE PULASKI CIRCUIT
COURT AGAINST THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
IN FAVOR OF LUCILLE EDITH TUCKER; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund the sum of $5,139.71 to pay and satisfy a
judgment rendered against the City of Little Rock, in
favor of Lucille Edith Tucker.
SECTION 2. In order to pay an outstanding judgment
against the City of Little Rock and thereby maintain the
credit of said City, and to honor its obligations when
due, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
