AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCKS ARKANSAS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCKS
ARKANSAS:
SECTION le That the zone classifications of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated„
Tract No. 12 -A - Southwest corner of 12th and Park Streets*
described as the north forty -two (42) feet of lots one (1)$ two (2)s
and three (3)s block three (3): Park Addition to the City of
Little Rocks, Arkansas$ from "C" Two - family Districts to "F" Commercial
District.
Tract No. 12 -B - Property at the southeast corner of Wright
Avenue and High Streets described as the west one -half (W• 1/2) of
lot one (1) and all of lots two (2)9 three (3)0 four (4)s, five (5)0
and six (6)0 block one (1)s, Fleming and Bradfordts Addition to the
City of Little Rocks Arkansas$ from "D" Apartment Districts to "E"
Apartment District.
Tract No. 12 -C - Property between 16th: 18th, Chesters and
Izard Streetss, described as blocks two - hundred thirty -nine (239) and
two - hundred forty (240)_s, Original City of Little Rocks Arkansas*
from "D" Apartment Districts to "E" Apartment District.
SECTION Le That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance! Ordinance
No. 5420 as amendeds, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof
entitleds "District Map" beg and they are hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes
provided for in Section i hereof*
SECTION 30 That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
