AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF -.
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No.-10-Al 8824 Chicot Road, described as that part of the
Southeast one- quarter, Southeast one..quarter (SE 1/40 SE 1/4) of Section
Thirty -five, Township - One - North, Range- Thirteen -West, more particularly
described as beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section Thirty..
five, the intersection of Chicot Road and Baseline Road, thence West
along the Baseline Road two hundred ten and one -half (210 1 /2) feet to
a point, thence North one. - hundred ten (110) feet to an iron pin, thence
East two- hundred ten and one -half (210 1/2) feet to the East line of
said Section Thirty -five, thence South one- hundred ten (110) feet to
the point of beginning, but subject to the right of way of the Chicot
Road over and across the East side thereof and subject to the right of
way of the Baseline Road over and across the South side thereof, from
"A" One - family District, to "F" Commercial District,
Tract No. 10 -B 6319 Forbing Road, described as the South two -
hundred ninety and four tenths (290.4) feet of the North three,hundred
ten and four tenths (310.4) feet of the East one - hundred fifty (150)
feet of the West five (5) acres of the Northeast one-quarter,, Northeast
one - quarter (NE 1/49, NE 1/4), Section Thirty -six, Township.-One- North,
Range- Thirteen"West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, from "A" One - family
District, to "I" Light Industrial District.
Tract No. 10.•C 108 - 124 Fountain Street, described as the
North two.-thirds (N 2 /3rds) of Lot twenty -four (24) and all of Lots
twenty -five (25) and twenty -six (26), Block three (3), Young *s Park
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "B" Residence
District, to "C" Two - family District.
Tract No. 10 -D Cedar Hill Terrace Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, described as Lots one (1) through thirty-
eight (38), and Tracts P -1 and P-2, from "B" Residence District,
"F" Commercial District, and "H" Business District, to "A" One-
family District.

Avenue, described as Lots seven (7) and eight (8) and the South one -half
(S1 /2) of Lot six (6). Block one (1), Union Depot Addition to the City
of Little Hoc k, Arkansas, from "A" One- family District, to "F" Commercial
District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Hock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420 as Amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for
in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
