AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ONE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND
SIXTY SIX AND 80/100 DOLLARS ($165,066.80) FROM THE ARKANSAS
ARTS CENTER CONSTRUCTION FUND TO PAY FUTURE ESTIMATES SUB-
MITTED ON CONSTRUCTION OF THE ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER IN Mac -
ARTHUR PARK; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT THEREFOR; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the Arkansas Arts
Center Construction Fund the sum of One Hundred Sixty Five Thousand
Sixty Six and 80/100 Dollars ($165,066.80) for the payment of future
estimates or invoices submitted by the Architect and the Board of
Trustees of the Arkansas Arts Center, or its Building Committee, re-
lating to construction of the Arkansas Arts Center in MacArthur Park.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the necessary warrant or warrants
against the sum herein appropriated upon estimates or invoices sub-
mitred and which have been approved by the Architect for the construction
project and the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Arts Center, or its
Building Committee.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
