AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE PROPERTY AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER
OF THIRTEENTH STREET AND CLEVELAND STREET, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420 AS AMENDED; THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING
ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CIP Y OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 12 -A Northeast corner of Thirteenth Street and Cleveland
Street, described as the West one -half (W 1/2) of Block thirty -one (31)
Taylor and Bodemann's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, from "A" One - family District, to "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
