AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 11,273, TRACT NO.
10 -E OF AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE PROPERTY AT
76149 7616, 7618, 76209 7624, AND 7626 ASHER AVENUE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, Section 1, Tract No. 10 -E of Ordinance No. 11,273;
same being an Ordinance reclassifying various properties is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Tract No. 10 -E 7614, 7616, 7618, 7620, 7624, and 7626 Asher
Avenue described as part of the Southeast one - quarter, Southeast
one - quarter (SE 1/4, SE 1/4), Section Fourteen, Township -One- North,
Range- Thirteen -West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows:
Begin two - hundred twelve (212) feet West and five - hundred forty and
five tenths (540.5) feet South of the Northeast corner of said
Southeast one - quarter, Southeast one - quarter (SE 1/4, SE 1/4),
thence South thirty -three and four tenths (33.4) feet, thence North
sixty -four (64) degrees forty -five (45) minutes East sixty -six and
seven- tenths (66.7) feet, thence South zero (0) degrees eight (08)
minutes West sixty -three and two tenths (63.2) feet, thence South
thirty -five (35) degrees twenty -one (21) minutes East one - hundred
seventy and one tenth (170.1) feet to a point on the Northerly
right of way line of State Highway No. 5, which point is thirty
(30) feet from the center line of said right of way, thence South
sixty (60) degrees six (06) minutes West one - hundred thirty -two
(132) feet along said right of way line, thence South fifty -seven
(57) degrees twenty -four (24) minutes West one - hundred thirty -six
(136) feet along said right of way line, thence South fifty -seven
(57) degrees thirty -nine (39) minutes West ninety -four (94) feet
along said right of way line, thence North twenty -eight (28) degrees
three (03) minutes West ninety -five (95) feet, thence South seventy
(70) degrees seventeen (17) minutes West thirty one and four tenths
(31.4) feet, thence North three (3) degrees twenty -two (22) minutes
West three - hundred thirteen (313) feet, thence South eighty -eight
(88) degrees seven (07) minutes East two - hundred twenty -four and

family District, to "F" Commercial District."
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
