AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCKS ARKANSAS* AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED; THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 17 -A 8624 Asher Avenue, described as part of the
NE* of NWJ of Section 23: Township 1 North, Range 13 West, be-
ing more particularly described as: Beginning at a point in
the SW corner of that part of the said NEJ of the NWJ of said
Section 23# North of the Little Rock - Hot Springs Highway and
30 feet from the center thereof and 208 feet from point where
the West Quarter Section line corners along said highway; run-
ning thence 212 feet East; thence North 305 feet; thence West
212 feet; thence South 317 feet to the point of beginning# from
"A" One - family Districts to "C" Two - family District.
Tract No. 17 -B Lots A and B9 Block 16, Re D. Plunkett and
Howard Adams Subdivision of Wj of NWJ of Section 6. T -I -No
R-12-W. being 415 and 413 North University Avenue; and also
the South 69.2 feet of property known as 5921 Lee Avenue, more
particularly described as part of block 16, R. D. Plunkett and
Howard Adams Subdivision of the Wj NWJ, Section 6. T -I -N, R -12 -W,
begin 160 feet East and 219 feet North of SW corner of block 16,

SECTION 24 That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinances Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended* and the map referred to in Section Two
thereof entitled "District Map" bes and they are hereby amended
to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and desig-
nate the changes provided for in Section one hereof*
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
