AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -8 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
"- ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 22 -8 of.the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"Sec. 22 -8. Grades of milk and milk products which
may be sold.
"No milk or milk products shall be sold to the final

consumer, or to restaurants, soda fountains, grocery stores,
or similar establishments, except grade A pasteurized and
recombined milk or milk products. Provided, that when any
person fails to qualify for the above grades the health offi-
cer is authorized to suspend his permit, and /or to institute
court action. No person holding a permit issued under sec-
tion 22 -3 shall buy, receive, transport or sell any ungraded
milk unless authorized in writing to do so by the health offi-
cer.1t
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
