AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 21 -13 (136) OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, BY PRO-
VIDING FOR ADDITIONAL CLASSIFICATIONS OF GOLF COURSES;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Subsection (136) of Section 21 -13 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"(136) GOLF:
(a) Driving range--------- - - - - -$ 25.00
(b) Miniature ------------------ $ 50.00
(c) Regular course, 9 holes ---- $ 75.00
(d) Regular course, 18 holes - -- $100.00"
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
