ORDINANCE NO. 11,296
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 21 -13 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, BY ADDING A SUBSECTION
(226.1) PROVIDING FOR A PRIVILEGE TAX UPON PUBLIC SWIMMING
POOLS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby created a Subsection under Section
21 -13 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
to be known as (226.1) which shall be in form and words as follows:
"(226.1) Swimming pools, public, exclusive
of those owned or operated by the
City of Little Rock --------------- $100.00"
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
