ORDINANCE N0. 119297
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 43 -4(3) and 43 -5(3)
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, BY PROVIDING FOR BOARDING HOUSES,
GROUP HOUSES AND LODGING HOUSES ONLY IN "D" AND "E"
APARTMENT ZONES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Subsection (3) of Section 43 -4 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby
repealed and deleted in its entirety.
SECTION 2. Subsection (3) of Section 43 -5 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"(3) Group houses, boarding houses and lodging houses.'¢
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
