AN ORDINANCE .RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED:
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 21 -A 136 S. Woodrow, described as Lot 12, Block 1,
C. S. Stifft•s Addition, from "B" Residence District, to "C" Two- family
District.
Tract No. 21 -B 5709 W. 59th Street, described as all that
part of the SEJ NWJ NW4 of Section 309 dying North and West of St.
Louis -Iron Mountain Railway Company right -of -way, in Township 1
North, Range 12 West, containing 6.92 acres, more or less except a
strip 20 feet on the North and the West for streets and highways, in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, from "A" One - family District, to "F" Commercial
District.
Tract No. 21 -C Asher Avenue and Polk Street, described as
part of SEJ NWJ and part of NEJ SWJ Section 18, Township 1 North,
Range 12 'West in Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows:
Commence-at Southwest corner said SEJ NWj, thence North 101.5 feet
along West line said SEJ NWJ; thence North 78 degrees East 278.5 feet
to point of beginning thence South 48 degrees 30 minutes East 196
feet; thence South 84 degrees East 250 feet; thence South 12 degrees
45 minutes East 164.5 feet to intersection with North right of way
line of U.S. Highway 67 -70 thence South 65 degrees 14 minutes West
177.2 feet along said line thence North 24 degrees 36 minutes West
15 feet along right of way line of said highway thence 65 degrees 14
minutes West 235.9 feet along North right of way line of said highway
thence South 66 degrees 44 minutes West 47 feet along said line thence
North 0 degrees 56 minutes West 494.5 feet to point of beginning;
except for that portion heretofore rezoned to "F" Commercial by
Ordinance No. ?959 of April 18, 1949, and Ordinance No. 11255 of
February 19, 1962, and more particularly described therein, from "A"
One - family District, to "F" Commercial District.

Tract No. 21 -D 2715 Confederate, described as part of Lots 2
and 39 Block 2, Watkins Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 2, Watkins Addition,
thence North along the West line of Lot 3, Block 2, and Lot 2, Block 2,
for 352.7 feet to a point on the southwesterly right of way line of
East 26th Street; thence in a southeasterly direction along the
southwesterly right of way line of East 26th Street for 196.9 feet
to an iron pin; thence continue in a southeasterly direction along
the said southwesterly right of way line of East 26th Street along
an are of a curve to the left to its intersection with the East
line of Lot 3, Block 2, Watkins Addition, said are subtending a
chord of 114.9 feet; thence South along the East line of the said
Lot 3, Block 2, for 225.7 feet, more or less, to the southeast corner
of said Lot 3, Block 2; thence West along the South line of said
Lot 3, Block 2 for 285.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing
2.0 acres more or less, except a tract of land more particularly

Lots 13 and 14, Block 3, Bellevue Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, from: "A" One - family District, to "D" Apartment
District.
Tract No. 21 -F Kentucky Avenue and Hughes Street, described as
All of Block 7 and 8, Plunkett's Subdivision of Forest Park Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "A" One- family District,
to "D" APartment District.
Section 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1 hereof.

Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
