AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED:
THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARK:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 20 -K 6400 W. 3rd described as E2 SE,1 SWJ of NE4
Section 19 Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, from: "A" One- family District, to: "D" Apartment
District.
Section 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420 as amended, and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
