AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43_2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK'AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK.:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 23 -A - 8801 Asher Avenue described as Lot 41 Block 4,
Westwood Addition to the City of Little Rock,-Arkansas, From: "A" One-
family District, To: "F" Commercial District.
Tract No. 23 -B _ 9015 Asher Avenue described as Lots 13 & 149 Block 6,
Euclid Place Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, From: "A" One -
family District, To: "F" Commercial District.
Tract No. 23-C - 6620 & 6624 New Benton Highway described as part
of Tract 38 & 399 Taylor's Subdivision - 260' on the east, From: "A" One -
family District, To: "F" Commercial District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Sec. 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the*City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respect necessary to
effect and designate the changes provided for in Sec. 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
