ORDINANCE NO. 11038
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTIONS (f) AND (g) WITHIN SECTION
37 -3 AND AMENDING SUBSECTION (t) WITHIN SECTION 37 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, BY
REDEFINING THE TERM STAFF AND GRANTING THE RIGHT OF APPROVAL
BY THE STAFF OF FINAL PLATS OF SUBDIVISIONS UNDER CERTAIN
CIRCUMSTANCES: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Subsection (f) within Section 37 -3 of the Code
-of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"(f) Application for approval of the final plat. When-
ever the provisions of these rules and regulations have been
complied with and while the certificate of preliminary plat
approval is in effect, the subdivider may submit to the staff
an application for review and approval of the final plat,
which should consist of :"
SECTION 2. Subsections (1), (2) and (3) under Subsection (f)
within Section 37 -3 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. Subsection (g) within Section 37 -3 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rods, Arkansas, is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"(g) Procedure for approval of the final plat. Whenever
the final plat has been submitted to the staff, which final
plat conforms to an approved preliminary plat and the pro-
visions of Section 37-4(b), the staff shall have the authority
to approve the final plat. If the staff fails to approve the
final plat, it shall be submitted to the commission for its
consideration and action."
SECTION 4. Subsections (1), (2) and (3) under Subsection (g)
within Section 37 -3 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 5. Subsection (t) within Section 37 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"(t) Staff. The Department of Community Development of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 6. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
