ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. In order to mare moneys available in a certain
deficit account within the Budget Account of the Parks Department,
the Board of Directors hereby approves the transfer from a certain
account within the said Parks Department to another account within
said Department and in the amount as follows:

SECTIGI*i 2. One 'thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) is
hereby transferred from the aggregate of all appropriations in Sub-
section a. through j. under Section :t4(l) of Ordinance No. 11,241,
same being the Bunget Ordinance of the City of Little 'cock for the
year 1902, to the account reflected in Section 3 hereof.
SECTION 3. Subsection b. under Section -A(2) of Ordinance
No. 11,241 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"b. 2.4 Feed
Estimated 1961 1962
$203,500 $22,500"
SECTION 4. It has been found and determined that in order to
facilitate the proper operation and management of the Little Rock
Zoo and in order to meet the obligations incurred in the operation
thereof when and as due, the transfer of moneys from the aforesaid
accounts is necessary; now therefore, an emergency is hereby declared
to exist and this ordinance being necessary for the preservation of
the public peace, health and safety shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage anci approval.
