AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 24 -G - 8515 W. Markham described as part of the W2 of the
NEI of SEj of NWT of Section 2, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, described as follows: Beginning 290 feet North of
the center of said SE& of NWT, thence East 247.5 feet, thence North
325.5 feet to the South right of way line of West Markham Street and
20 feet from its center line as now paved, thence West along the South
line of West Markham Street 247.5 feet, thence South 325.5 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 1.85 acres, more or less, From: "A"
One- family District, To: "F" Commercial District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Sec. 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the changes provided for in Sec. 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
