AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 22-J,- 1800 & 1804 N. Grant, more particularly described
as North 46J' of Lot 6 and Lot 5, Block 9, Mountain Park Addition,
Little Rock, Pulaski County Arkansas, From: "A" One - family District,
To: "E -1" Quiet Business and Institutional District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Sec. 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the changes provided for in Sec. 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
