11352I 1 A - M ORDINANCE NO. 11,352 ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, VACATING AND CLOSING HALL STREET (FILLMORE STREET IF EXTENDED) LYING BETWEEN BLOCKS ONE (1) AND TWO (2), OAK GROVE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 17th day of August, 1962, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of Hall Street (Fillmore Street if extended) lying between Blocks One (1) and Two (2), Oak Grove Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the Plat of said addition now appearing of record in Plat Book 1 at Page 82, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any easements which might be required by utility companies and the Public Works Department in said street; and WHEREAS, after due notices as required by law, the Board of Directors has, at the time and place mentioned in the notice, heard all persons desiring to be heard on the question and has ascertained that the street, hereinbefore described, has hereto- fore been dedicated to the public use as a street, as herein described; has not been actually used by the public generally for a period of at least five (5) years subsequent to the filing of the plat; that all of the owners of the property abutting upon the street to be vacated have filed with the Board of Directors the=ir written consent to such abandonment; and that public interest and welfare will not be adversely affected by the abandonment of such street; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1, The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby releases, vacates and abandons all its rights, together with the rights of the public generally, in and to the street designated as follows: all of Hall Street (Fillmore Street if extended) lying between Blocks One (1) and Two (2), Oak Grove Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, subject, however, to any 676V-30 G -z r t easements which might be required by utility companies and the Public Works Department in said street. SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the City Clerk, shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County and recorded in the Deed Records of the County.
