AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYIN3 VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 AF -THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE f,OCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
ZL1116 - Described as Lots 19, 20, Block 7, Lincoln Park
Addition, From: "B" Residence District, To: "C" Two- family District.
Z -1122 - Described as Lot 18 and the East J of Lot 17, Block
5, Worthen Addition, From: "B" Residence District, To: "C" Two-
family District.
Z -1114 - Lot 1, Block 18, Cunningham's Addition, From:
"B" Residence District, To: "C" Two- family District.
Z -1117 - Lot 3, Block 2, Flemming & Bradfords Addition, From:
"C" Two- family District, To: "F" Commercial District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1
hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and_•after its passage and approval.
