AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and are hereby -changed as indicated.
Z -568 - Described as part of the SW4 of the NW�� of the NEB, of
Section 2, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, in Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows, to -wit: Commencing at the
Northwest corner of the NWI of NEB, of said Section 2, run thence South
7+7.58 feet to an iron pipe, as a point of beginning of this description:
thence continuing South 20$.75 feet to an iron pipe; thence continuing
South 20 feet to an iron pipe; thence continuing South 111.00 feet to
an iron pipe on the East right of way line of the Rodney Parham Road;
thence in a Southeasterly direction 31.35 feet along the North right
of way of the Rodney Parham Road to an iron pipe; thence continuing
Southeasterly a distance of 197.95 feet to an iron pipe on the North
right of way of Markham Street; thence East a distance of 203.2 feet
along the North right of way line of Markham Street to an iron pin;
thence North a distance of 300 feet to an iron pin; thence West 131.01
feet to an iron pin; thence North 20 feet to an iron pin; thence continuing
North a distance of 208.75 feet; thence West a distance of 21..37 feet
to the point of beginning, containing 2.59.1 acres, more or less, and
a part of the NEI NWT, of Section 2, Township 1 North, Range 13 West,
described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the said
NEB, NWT. and run thence North 190.74 feet, more or less, to the intersection
of the east line of the NEI NWI with the North right of way line of the
Rodney Parham Road for the point of beginning; run thence North from the
said point of beginning thus established 235.1 feet, thence West to the
North right of way line of Rodney Parham Road; thence Southeasterly along
the North right of way line of the Rodney Parham Road to the point of
beginning, lying in Pulaski County, Arkansas, From: "A1l One- family District
To: 'IF" Commercial District.

Section 2. That the map referred to in Sec. 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the changes provided for in Sec. 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
