113600 ORDINANCE NO. 11060 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, DEALING WITH "ZONING" MATTERS: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: b "(14) Machine shop, sheet metal and welding shop.." SECTION 4. Section 43 -7, Section 43 -8 and Section 43 -9 of the 4 Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding a subsection (22) a� b to Section 43 -7, a subsection (6$) to Section 43 -8, and a subsection a� (14) to Section 43 -9, each of which added subsections shall read as follows: "Any number of accessory buildings are permitted without a development plan where the accessory building is incidental to the main business usage and conforms to the height and area regulations of this Chapter." SECTION 5. Subsection (a) of Section 43 -21 (A), Class 8, is hereby amended to read as follows: "(a) For any gasoline, oil or lubricating service station, motor vehicle service and repair establishment, or any similar use there shall be provided not less than one parking space for each one thousand square feet of gross plot plan area thereof, with a maximum of ten spaces required exclusive of driveways and enclosed parking bays.t' SECTION 6. Subsection (19) of Section 43 -7 of the Code as � b of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby N o amended to read as follows: W CL4 Q) WO 0(19) A wholesale business may be permitted by the Board of Adjustment in an "F" Commercial District provided such wholesale business is of a retail nature as determined by M the Board of Adjustment and where the business is wholly contained within a building or buildings, and is of the type not obnoxious or offensive by reason of emission of „ odor, dust, smoke, gas or noise.." �o o SECTION 3. SECTION 7. Section 43 -21 (A), Class 9, of the Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding a subsection (b) which shall read as follows: "(b) For any warehouse or storage building there shall be provided two parking spaces plus one for each two thousand square feet of floor area in excess of two thousand square feet, or any space for each person actually employed on the premises, whichever is less."
