AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section I. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Z -1279 - Described as the West 50' of Lots 4, 5, & 6, Block I,
Fitzgerald Addition to the City of Little Rock, From: "C" Twa-
family District, To: "H" Business District.
Z-1271 - Described as part of SE4, NEI, SWJ, SE4, SW , Section 6,
Township I North, Range 12 West, From: "A" One- family District, To:
"F" Commercial District.
Z-1272,.- Described as Lots II and 121 Block 21, Bellevue Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and the West one -half of a 60'
street originally platted as Third Street in Bellevue Addition, now
closed, lying North of the North right of way line of "V" Street
(formerly "E" Street) and South of the North line of said Lot 120,
and Lot I and all that part of Lots 2, 3, II and 12, Block 20,
Bellevue Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, lying North
of State Highway No. 10; and that part of a 20 foot alley in said
Block 20, now closed, lying North of said Highway; and the West half
of a 60 foot street originally platted as Third Street in Bellevue
Addition, now closed, lying North of the North line of said 20 foot
alley and South of the South line of "V" Street (formerly "E" Street),
being a strip of land 30 feet by 140 feet lying East of and adjacent

of Little Rock, Arkansas, beginning at a point 158 feet south 04 28'
east from the northeast corner of said block II; thence continuing
South 0° 28' east 125 feet to the north line of the LilVle Rock Hot
Springs Highway; thence South 55° 30' west along the north line of
the highway 75.1 feet to a point; thence North 34° 13' west 198.2 feet;

Secti6n.2... That the map referred to in Sec. 43-2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Sec. I
hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
