AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES ALONG ASHER AVENUE FROM
UNIVERSITY TO UPPER HOT SPRINGS HIGHWAY AND PORTIONS OF JOHN BARROW
ADDITION IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43-2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY Of LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

to effect and designate the changes provided for in Sec. 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approv6l,
