11394ORDINANCE N0, 11,394 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCKO ARKANSAS: Section I., That the zone classification of the following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated, Z -1400 - Described as Tracts 16, 22 and 23, Leigh Butler Acres, From: "A" One - family District, To: "F" Commercial District except the west 200 feet for "E -1" Quiet Business District, Z -1396 - Described as part of the NE4 of the SW-Z' of Section 19.
