AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING TEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY
AND 34 /100 DOLLARS ($10,780.84) FROM UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS
IN THE GENERAL FUND TO POLICE DEPARTMENT ACCOUNT NO. 74 OF THE
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AMENDING ORLDINANCE NO. 11,333,
SAME BEING THE BUDGET ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR
THE YEAR 1963, TO PROVIDE FOR SAID APPROPRIATION; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated Ten Thousand Seven
Hundred mighty and 84/100 Dollars ($10,780.34) from unappropriated
surplus in the General Fund to the Police Department Account No.
74 for the purpose of purchasing additional air conditioning equip-
ment for the Police & Courts Building in the City of Little Rock,
i kansas.
SECTION 2. Section (29)H. of Ordinance No. 11,333, same being
the Budget Ordinance of the City of Little ock for the year 1963,
is hereby amended by adding a Subsection 8. to read as follows:

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
