AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES„
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1, That the zone classification of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as Indicated„
Z -1420 - Described as the south half of Lot 2, Block 405,
Lincoln and Zimmerman's Addition, From: "B" Residence District,
To; "f" Commercial District.
Z -1427 - Described as the west 70 feet of Lots I, 2, 3 and the
west 70 feet of the north 2 of Lot 4, all in Block 41, Original City
of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, From: "F -1" Quiet Business
District, Tot "F" Commercial District.
Z -1418 - Described as Lot 4 except the north 10 feet and Lot 5,
Edmondson's Sub. of Franctional Block 1, Marshall & Wolfe's Addition,
From: "C" Two - family District, To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Z -1426 « Described as Lot B of Sartin Replat of Lots 10 and 11,
Block 1, Pulaski Heights Addition, From: "B" Residence District,
To: "F" Commercial District„
Z.I 28 - Described as a part of the fractional west half of the
SW-14 of the NW4 of the NE-It and a part of the west 20 feet of the fractional
east half of the SW4 of the WWI of the NE4 of Section 2, T -I•-N, R -13 -W„
more particularly described as follows:
Starting at the northwest corner of the NW-11 NE4 of said Section 2;
thence south 747.58 feet and east 193.65 feet to the southeast
corner of Lot 21 Oakcliff Subdivision, said point being the point of
beginning of the herein described tract; from said point of beglnning,
thence East for 21 feet; thence South 218,2 feet; thence east 131.1 feet
to a point on the west line of Jenny Lane Subdivision; thence north along
the said west line of Jenny Lane Subdivision for 296 feet to the
Southeasternmost corner of Lot 5 of said Oakcliff Subdivision; thence

the S2 NE-1 NEI of Section 25, Township I North, Range 13 West, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, as shown by the plat of said subdivision filed on
October 16, 1945, in Plat Book 3 at page 27 and recorded In Book 80 at
page 346, more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
Commencing at a point 20 feet south of the northeast corner of said Lot
6 for a point of beginning; thence west a distance of 173.5 feet to the
east right of way boundary line of U.S. Highway #67 -70; thence In a
southerly direction along the east right of way line of said U„ S.
Highway #67 -70 a distance of 310 feet to the south line of said Lot 6;
thence east along the south line of said Lot 6 a distance of 205 feet

Section 2. That the map referred to in Sec. 43 -2 of the Coda
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the changes provided for in Sec„ 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after Its passage and approval.
