M AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE IV, SECTION 13 -28 (b)
N (3) AND (4) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, BY REDEFINING THE ZONE 2
b FIRE DISTRICT WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
o ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 13 -28 (b) (3) and (4) of the Code of Ordinances
is hereby amended to read as follows:
(3) That area of land lying within one hundred fifty
(150) feet north of the north right -of -way line and one hundred

Two (2) and the south one hundred fifty (150) feet of the east
thirty -seven and two- tenths(37.2) feet of Block Three (3) Requa's
Suburban Park, an addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas.
(4) Beginning at a point on the center line on West 28th
Street one hundred fifty (150) feet west of the west right -of -way
line of University Avenue, thence run southwesterly along a line
to a point in the center of the intersection of Fairmont Drive
and Lakeshore Drive, thence run easterly along the center line of
Lakeshore Drive to a point one hundred fifty (150) feet west of
the west right -of -way line of University Avenue, thence run south

along the line one hundred fifty (150) feet west of and parallel
to the west right -of -way line of University Avenue to a point
seven hundred seventeen (717) feet north of the north right -of-
way line of Asher Avenue, thence run west a distance of four
hundred seventy -eight (478) feet, thence south a distance of five
hundred seventy -five (575) feet to a point one hundred fifty (150)
feet north of the north right -of -way line of Asher Avenue, thence
run east along the line one hundred fifty (150) feet north and
parallel to the north right -of -way line of Asher Avenue to a
point one thousand four hundred (1,400) feet east of the east
right -of -way line of University Avenue, thence north six hundred
(600) feet to a point, thence west to the west right -of -way line
of University Avenue, thence north along the west right -of -way
line of University Avenue to the center line of West 28th Street,
thence west one hundred fifty (150) feet to the point of beginning,
excepting from the above described area, however, that part of
Block Two (2) and the east thirty -seven and two- tenths (37.2)
feet of Block Three (3) Requa's Suburban Park, an addition to
the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, lying north of
a line parallel to and one hundred fifty (150) feet north of the
north right -of -way line of Asher Avenue.
