AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 1800 BLOCK OF CLARY STREET IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITYOF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and
is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (A) - Z -1635 described as the East Half IEI21 of Block 5,
Josephine Pankey's Second Addition - From: "All- One - family District - To:
"E -1 -A"- Nursing, Lodging and Undertaking District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and it
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
