AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and
are hereby changed as indicated.
Sub- Section (A)- Z -1660, described as Lots 17 and 18, Block 2, Masonic
Addition - From: "C"- Two - family District - To: "F "- Commercial District
Sub - Section (B) - Z -1664- described as part of the SW,4 SE4 SE4, Section 8,
Township 1 North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as: Beginning at a point 30 feet north, and 15 feet east of the
southwest corner, SW-4, SE4, SE4, Section 8, Township 1 North, Range 12 West,
thence north 299.5 feet, thence north 89 degrees 53 minutes east 629.1 feet,
thence south 0 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds east, 300.15 feet, thence south
89 degrees 56 minutes 40 seconds west, 630.35 feet to the point of beginning.

Sub - Section (E) - Z -1670 described as follows: Beginning at the intersection
of the south right -of -way line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad and the west
right -of -way line of Geyer Springs Road, thence run southerly along the said
west right -of -way line of Geyer Springs Road to a point which is 50 feet north
of the south linecf the SW-4, NW 4, Section 30, Township 1 North, Range 12 West;
thence run west along a line 50 feet north of and parallel to the said south line
of the SW-4 NW!-4 of Section 30, Township 1 North, Range 12 West to a point on the
southeasterly right -of -way line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad, thence run

feet of the above described tract from "A"- One - family District - To: "F"
Commercial District. The remaining portion of the above described tract (345.5

right -of -way line of the New Little Rock - Benton Highway which point is 210 feet
south of the northl i ne of said N2 NE!-4 NE'4 and 725.65 feet west of the east line
of said W-2 NE4 NE4 run thence east parallel to the north line of said N2 NE I-4
NE'-4 300 feet; run thence southwesterly 449.7 feet to a point on the south line
of the P1'z NE4 NV-4 which point is 474.2feet west of the southeast corner of said
N'2 NE'4 NE 4; run thence west along said south line of N'2 NE4 NE4 165.95 feet;
run thence north 32.6 feet; run thence west parallel to the south line of
said N%2 NE-4 NE4 134.05 feet to the east right -of -way line of the New Little
Rock - Benton Highway; run thence northeasterly along said east Right -of -way line

Business District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Codeof
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and it
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after its passage and approval.
