ORDINANCE NO. 111,494
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 11442, AS AMENDED,
SAME BEING THE BUDGET ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, OF 1964 ;, MAKING A_TRANSFER FROM..A
SURPLUS ACCOUNT TO A DEFICIT ACCOUNT WITHIN THE BUDGET;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Department of Community Development has surplus
moneys in Account 7.9; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Community Development has incurred
expenses in excess of appropriations within Account 2.14; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock
desires to authorize transfer of Eight Hundred and No /100 Dollars
($800.00) from Account 7.9 to Account 2.14 within the Budget for
the Department of Community Development; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend certain sections of Ordin-
ance No 11442, as amended, the same being the Budget Ordinance of
the City of Little Rock for the year 1964, in order to make such
transfer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. In order to make moneys available in a certain
deficit account within the Budget for the Department of Community
Development, a transfer of funds is hereby authorized wherein and
whereby the sum of Eight Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($800.00)
shall be transferred from Account No. 87 - 7.9 to Account No.
87 - 2.14.
SECTION 2. Section 3 (6c) H. 5 of Ordinance No. 11442, same
being the Budget Ordinance for the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
for the year 1964, is hereby amended to read as follows:

year 1964, is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
