AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY -FIVE AND
N0 1100 DOLLARS 0775.00) FOR THE PAYMENT OF MEDICAL_
SERVICES PERFORMED BY JOHN R. WASSELL, M.D,, FOR AND IN
BEHALF OF_AN-INJURED FIREMAN; AUTHORIZING.PAYMENT_THEREOF;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from Unappropriated
Balance in the General Fund the sum of Seven Hundred Seventy -five
and No /100 Dollars ($775.00) for the purpose of paying Dr. John
R. Wassell's medical fee in said amount for his treatment of
Charles E. Bailey, a Fireman of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
who was injured in the line of duty.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the necessary warrant
in payment of moneys appropriated in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
