AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification.of the following properties be and
are hereby changed as indicated.
Sub- Section A-
Z -1625 - described as

7 through 12; Block

of Interstate Highway

To: 1711- Commercial District
Sub - Section B - Z -1627 - described as Lot 10, Block 352, Worthen Subdivision
of the Original City - From: "O"- Apartment District - To: "HII- Business District
Sub - Section C- Z -1631 - described as Lot 4, Block 32, Jones and Worthen
Addition - From: "B"- Residence District To: "CII- Two - family District
Sub-Section 0-1634 - described as follows: Beginning at the westernmost
corner of said Tract "V", said corner being the intersectionof the north right-
of-way line of State Highway No. 10 and the east right -of -way line of Kingsrow
Drive; thence North 24 degrees 41 minutes East along the east right -of -way
line of Kingsrow Drive, 125.0 feet to a point; thence South 71 degrees 33 minutes
East, 128.55 feet to a point; thence South 16 degrees 10 minutes west, 125.0 feet
to a point on the north right -of -way line of State Highway No. 10; thence Westerly
along said north right -of -way line, being a curve to the left, a long chord
bearing and distance of North 71 degrees 20 minutes West, 147.0 feet to the point
of beginning, containing 17,167.40 square feet or 0.394 acre, more or less.

Section 2. That the map referred to in Sec. 43 -2 of the Code of Ordi-
nances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map* be, and it is
hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after its passage and approval.
