11481ORDINANCE NO. 11f481 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO 1100 DOLLARS ($7,500.00) FROM UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE IN THE GENERAL FUND FOR ELECTION EXPENSES IN CONNECTION WITH A BOND ISSUE FOR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT, INCLUDING RELATED PORT TERMINAL FACILITIES, AND AN ELECTION IN CONNECTION WITH ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL REVENUE BONDS; AND FOR OTHER PUR- POSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from Unappropriated Balance in the General Fund the sum of Thirty -five Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($3,500.00) for use in conducting an election within the City of Little Rock to determine whether or not there should be issued special revenue bonds for the location of a certain industry in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, with particular reference to the location of a terminal plant for Strickland Transportation Company, Incorporated. SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from Unappropriated Balance in the General Fund the sum of Four Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($4,000.00) to be used in holding an election within the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to determine whether or not revenue bonds will be issued for the purpose of financing industrial development projects, including related port termi- nal facilities, within or near the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. SECTION 3. Subsection (1)C.4. of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 11,442, same being the Budget Ordinance for the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for the year 1964, is hereby amended to read as follows: Estimated 1963 Approved 1964 114. 6.10 Other Services $82400.00 $19,500.00" SECTION 4. The City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby authorized and directed to issue City of Little Rock warrants against the aforesaid appropriation from time to time in payment of the costs and expenses of the aforedescribed elections; and the City Manager is further directed to implement such measures as may be necessary to recover from the proceeds of bonds issued pursuant to the said elections such of the expenses Gca -,3pT -/-2 r -2- incurred by the City of Little Rock in connection therewith as shall be collectible and for which the City of Little Rock may lawfully be reimbursed.
