AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated:
Z -1613 - Described as Lots 3 to 10, inclusive, Block 181, Original City-
From: "D "- Apartment District To: "HI'- Business District
Z -1614 - Described as follows: Starting at the southwest corner 52 E% NV -4 NE4
of Section 2, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence North one degree, thirteen minutes East, 30.0
feet to a point on the north right -of -way line of West Markham Street, the point
of beginning of the tract of land herein described; thence continue north one
degree thirteen minutes East, 200.0 feet to a point; thence East 280.0 feet to
a point; thence south one degree thirteen minutes West 200.0 feet to a point on
the said north right-of-way line of West MarkhamStreet; thence west along said
north right -of -way line 280.0 feet to the point of beginning containing 1.285

Section 2. That the map referred to in Sec. 43 -2 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, and designated "District Map" be, and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after its passage and approval.
