ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, VACATING AND CLOSING PARK STREET LYING
BETWEEN BLOCK 2, SANTA FE PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND LOTS 63, 64, 65, 66
AND 67, TREASURE HILL SUBDIVISION OF PART OF $�
SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST, PULASKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas on the 7th day of
January , 1964, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and
abandon all of that part of Park Street lying between Block 2,
Santa Fe Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and
Lots 63, 64, 65, 66 and 67, Treasure Hill Subdivision of Part of

SE47 Section 34, Township 2 South, Range 13 West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, as designated on the Plat of Santa Fe Park Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, now appearing of record in Plat
3ook 1, Page 164, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas subject, however, to any easements which might be require(
y utility companies and the Public Works Department in said
street; and
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the Board of
rectors has, at the time and place named in the notice, heard
all persons desiring to be heard on the question, and has ascer-
tained that the street, hereinbefore described, has heretofore beer
dedicated to the public use as a street, as herein described; has
not actually been used by the public generally for a period of at
Least five (5) years subsequent to the filing of the plat; that all
of the owners of the property abutting upon the street to be vacat
ed have filed with the Board of Directors their written consent to
h abandonment; and that public interest and welfare will not be
dversely affected by the abandonment of such street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas releases,
cates and abandons all its rights, together with the rights of
he public generally, in and to the street designated as follows:

Works Department in said street.
SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the
City Clerk, shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of Puladd
County and recorded in the deed records of the county.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
