ORDINANCE NO. 11,453
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 12 -6 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
BY ALTERING QUALIFICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP ON THE
BOARD OF ELECTRICAL EXAMINERS AND SUPERVISORS; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, Section 12 -6 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"Sec. 12 -6. Board of electrical examiners and supervisors --
Duties in general.
There is hereby established a board of five members
to be known as the board of electrical examiners and
supervisors. Such board shall be composed of the personnel
having the following qualifications:
(a) One member shall be the city electrician of
the City of Little Rock;
(b) Two members shall be electrical contractors
duly licensed to do business in the City of
Little Rock;
(c) One shall be a journeyman electrician who has
qualified as a master electrician as herein
defined; and
(d) One shall be a representative of the Arkansas
Fire Prevention Bureau."
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
