AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY Of LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
ARKANSAS:
Section I. That the zone classifications of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Z -1529 - Described as the West One -Half (W2) of Lot 3, and
all of Lots 4, 5, 61 Block 11, Woodruff's Addition - From: "C "-
Two- family District To: "H"- Business District
Z -1527 - Described as Lot 9, and N2 of Lot 8, Block 43, Original
City - From : "D " - Apartment To: "F "- Commercial
Z -1520 - Described as the West 123 feet of Block 354, Original
City - From: "D "- Apartment District To: "1" -Light Industrial
District
Z -1521- Described as Lot 10, Edmondson's Subdivision of

Section 2. That the map referred to in Sec. 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Sec. I
hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
