I, TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
1T ERr,.AS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 16th day of August,
1963, asking the Board. of Directors to vacate and. abandon all
of V Street (formerly E Street) East of Highl,ay 10, Bellevue
Addition to the City of Little Rock, as desivnated on the rlat
of said Addition noi,,* a- ^pearin7 of record. in Plat Book ;Y1, Pame
.251, in the office of tre Recorder of Pulasr7-i County, Arkansas,
subject, however, to any public ensernents in said street; and
I,dpi- IHIAS, after due notices as re -quired by law, the Board of
Directors has, at the time and glace mentioned. in the notice,
heard all persons desiring to be heard. on the question and has
ascertained that th.e street, hereinbefore described, has heretofore
been dedicated to the oublic use as a street, as herein described;
has not beer actually used. by tr_e c.blic generally for a period
of at le^ st five (5) years subsequent to the filinz of the slat;
that all of the owners of the nronerty abutting unon the street
to be vacated have filed with the Board of Directors their written
consent to such abandonment; and that public interest and welfare
will not be adversely affected by the abandonment of such street;

SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby releases,
vacates and abandons all its rights, together with the rights of the
public generally, in and to the street desi7nated as follows:

From Highway 10 East to West Boundary of Third Street,
specifically: Begin at concrete monument SW Corner
Wilton Heights Addition thence 140.00 North, thence
West 30 feet to intersection of former West line of
3rd Street and. South line of V Street (being the
Northeast Corner of Lot One, Block 20, BELLEVUE
ADDITION (being the point of beginning of the property
here involved; thence West to East boundary of Highway
10, thence Northwest along Highway 10 to the South
boundary of Lot 10, Block 21, BELLEVUE ADDITION; thence
East to Southeast Corner of Lot 12, Block 21, BELLEVUE
ADDITION (the intersection of North side of V Street
and West side of former boundary of Third Street),
thence south along former side of Third Street to point
of beginning.

SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the
City Clerk, shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski
County and recorded in the Deed Records of the County.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
