OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BO,RD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Z -557 - Described as the East 90 feet of Block 5, lying north
of Highway 10, Plunketts Subdivision of Forest Park Addition, From:
"A:' One- Family District, To: "F" Commercial District.
Z -1477 - Described as Lots 11, and 12, Block 3, Bellevue Addition
to the City of Little Rock, ,rkansas, From: "A" One- Family district,
To: "F" Commercial District.

respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided in
Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
