,AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 8414 West Markham Street IN THE CITY
Of LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THEiCITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORVINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1„ That the zone classification of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated„
Z -1469 - Described as NE4 of the NW-11 Section 2, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Part of the NE4 of the NW4 of Section 2, T- I--N,r R-13-W. Pulaski
County, Arkansas more particularly described as beginning 4,4 feet
north of the SE corner of said NE-11 NW4 and run west 210 feet;
thence north 357 feet, thence southerly 38° 46' east, 335.8 feet
to a point on the east line of said NE-14 NW4; thence south along
the east line of said NE4 NW4 to the point of beginning, from:
"A" One - family District, TO: "F" Commercial for Tract "A ", and
"E -I" Quiet Business District for Tract "B" and "C".
Section 2. That the map referred to In Sec# 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be, and It Is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Sec. 1 hereof„
Section 3, That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval,.
