AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 11,550, SAME BEING THE 1965
BUDGET ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; APPROPRIATING THE
SUM OF TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED
TWENTY -FIVE AND N01100 DOLLARS;
($2,225.00) FOR A SPECIAL STUDY
IN COOPERATION WITH OTHER POLI-
TICAL SUBDIVISIONS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby created within Ordinance
No. 11,550, same being the 1965 Budget Ordinance of the
City of Little Rock, a new sub - section within Section 3(1)
B 1 as follows:
"10 5.1 Judgment and
Damages
5.3 Special Study

$2,225.00"
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from unap-
propriated balance in the General Fund to Budget Account
No. 6 - 5.3, an account created in Section 1 of this Ordi-
nance, the sum of Two Thousand Two Hundred Twenty -Five
and No /100 Dollars ($2,225.00) for the purpose of paying
a portion of the expense for a special study in the na-
ture of a local government revenue study under the coor-
dination of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission,
the cost of which shall be borne according to a proposed
schedule by numerous political subdivisions within the
metropolitan Pulaski County area.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
