AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING SUMS
WITHIN THE SANITATION DEPART-
MENT BUDGET ACCOUNT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby transferred, within the
budget account for the Sanitation Department, the sum of
One Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($1,000.00) from account
154 - 7.3 to account 154 - 4.4 and there is hereby trans-
ferred the sum of Four Thousand Five Hundred and No /100
Dollars($41500.00) from account 154 - 9.1 to the said
account 154 - 4.4.
SECTION 2. Section 3(35) H 3 of Ordinance 11,550,
same being the 1965 budget ordinance of the City of Little
Rock is hereby amended as follcw s:
