AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ONE THOUSAND
AND NO /100 DOLLARS ($1,000.00) FROM UN-
APPROPRIATED BALANCE IN THE STREET FUND
FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING DAMAGES FOR
THE CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN LANDS ADJA-
CENT TO BRYANT STREET IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Little :Rock proposes to file
in the Pulaski Circuit Court, a complaint condemning for
street purposes certain lands lying adjacent to Bryant
Street as now platted; and,
WHEREAS, the sum of One Thousand and no /100 Dol-
lars ($1,000.00) is needed to deposit with the Circuit
Clerk as the appraised value of the lands, subject to
such action.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTO ZS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK) ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from
unappropriated balance in the Street Fund the sum of One
Thousand and no /100 Dollars ($1,000.00) for the purpose
of paying damages to the person or-persons entitled there-
to in connection with the proposed condemnation of cer-
tain lands adjacent to Bryant Street in the City of Little
Rock.
SECTION 2. The sum of One Thousand and no /100
Dollars ($1,000.00) as appropriated in Section 1 hereof
shall be paid into the Registry of the Circuit Court of
Pulaski County upon the filing of the aforesaid condemna-
tion proceedings and the City Manager and Director of
Finance are authorized and directed to issue the necessary
warrant for such purposes.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
