ORDINANCE NO. 119657
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ONE HUNDRED
AND N01100 DOLLARS ($100.00) FOR THE
ACQUISITION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY WITHIN THE
EAST -WEST EXPRESSWAY; AMENDING ORDINANCE
NOS. 11,631 and 11,634 IN CERTAIN_PAR-
TICULARS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, Ail"NSAS :
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from
Street Right -Of -Way Fund (Project 1 - East -West Express-
way) the sum of One Hundred and nof100 Dollars ($100.00)
for the purpose of providing additional funds to those
heretofore authorized in the acquisition of Parcel
No. 46 -G -7. This appropriation is supplemental to an
appropriation made in Ordinance No. 11,631 for such
purposes.
SECTION 2. That portion of Ordinance No. 11,631,
enacted on July 19, 1965, which heretofore read as follows:
" Parcel Number Approved Purchase Price
46 -G -7 $ 700.00 "
is hereby amended to read as follows:
" Parcel Number Approved Purchase Price
46 -G -7 800.00 "
SECTION 3. That portion of Ordinance No. 11,634,
enacted on August 2, 1965, which heretofore read as follows:
