AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING TWO HUNDRED
FOUR THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED NINETY -THREE
AND 79/100 DOLLARS ($2049193.79) FROM
THE GENERAL FUND RESERVE ACCOUNT TO
STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY FUND (PROJECT 1 -EAST-
WEST EXPRESSWAY7; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK'., ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from
the General Fund Reserve Account, same having been funded
through encumbering unappropriated balances in the General
Fund by Resolutions numbered 2546, 2982 and 3208, the sum
of Two Hundred Four 'Thousand, One Hundred Ninety -Three and
79/100 Dollars ($204,193.79) to the Street Right -Of -Way
Fund (Project 1 - East -West Expressway).
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
